How we will work together and what your coaching package includes

  • Unlimited coaching at your convenience, usually starting with weekly calls. As you have unlimited coaching with me, I recommend you start your programme with one coaching session a week so that we can really get to work right away. It’s the work that happens in between your coaching calls where the real work and progress starts!

  • During your first session, objectives for the coaching are agreed together.

  • Achieving and implementing your goals is an important part of the coaching process, so accountability, support and ongoing coaching during the process is a key component of the programme.

  • There are no ‘template workbooks’ for you to work from. Your coaching materials and resources will be tailored to you on a very bespoke basis. For example, it could include a 360 degree appraisal in your workplace, or a time management template. I will quickly be able to ascertain, create and provide the materials you will require to support your bespoke coaching programme.

  • Having a crisis of confidence? Offered an interview!? Emergency coaching calls can be made available (with mutual availability).

  • All coaching sessions are arranged at your convenience and time zones (coaching for US clients is usually on a Monday and Tuesday).

  • Each session is one hour and clear action points are agreed at the end of each session.

  • You will have unlimited access to me from Monday to Friday for any questions or support using Voxer (a secure messenger platform) to ensure you have as much ongoing support and accountability as you need.

  • Rest assured that a contract with T&C’s will be agreed and signed before we begin and you will receive a copy of the Association for Coaching Ethical Guidelines.
